You must reach Chapter 3 to fully explore the Njord Steppe in Harvestella.
Once you get that option, be ready for some farming, so make sure you have enough backpack space. As you traverse the area, you will notice mining nodes scattered around the Njord Steppe. These nodes are your primary source of small wind cores in Harvestella.
How to Get Small Flame Cores in Harvestella
Try to find every mining node in Njord Steppe, as there aren’t many other options for you to farm these special items.
However, if you feel that you didn’t get enough, you can start a battle with Wind Elements, located in Heaven’s Egg dungeon. Unfortunately, the amount is a minor one and can’t be compared to that of the mining nodes. Nevertheless, if you opt for the Heaven’s Egg dungeon, it can be found further in the east when you pass the Njord Steppe and Nemea town.
