Players can purchase the Reindeer Antler Headband from the Recompense Officer for 59 Gil during the Starlight Celebration via one of Final Fantasy XIV’s three prominent city-states: Limsa Lominsa, Gridania, and Ul’dah. We’ve listed the location of each Recompense Officer below:
