It never happens at a good time. You’re playing your favorite online battle royale shooter, and everything goes dark. But not in a “Bravo Team going dark…” kind of way. Instead, it’s a “Crap, did my internet go out?” way. Call of Duty: Warzone players are now encountering error code 11328. Here’s what it is and what it means.

What is error code 11328 in CoD Warzone?

Warzone’s error code 11328 is an error that has appeared several times in the past and seems to affect random players. Recently, it was related to the game being stuck in an endless loop of Fetching Online Profile. However, it ultimately breaks down to being disconnected from the servers.

The first thing that players should try is to restart the game and console. We recommend closing all applications and turning off the PC or console completely. This way, everything has to establish a fresh connection when it comes back online. Once everything is back up, double-check that Warzone is up to date.

Should that not resolve the issue, it’s time to move onto your network. Power cycle your gateway (modem/router) for 30 seconds by unplugging it and plugging it back in.

If the issue isn’t resolved after completing all of the steps outlined above, double-check that there isn’t an active outage being tracked. The Activision Support Twitter account is a great resource for any current issues. Should it be an outage on their end, players must hang tight until it is fixed.
