If you have been having the Something Went Wrong, Please Try Again error message on the Roblox app, try these steps!
Go to Settings
Leave the Roblox app and go to your phone’s Settings application. A gear icon on most phones usually marks this. Once there, either scroll down or use the search bar at the top of the Settings app to find the App option within settings. This will be an advanced settings menu for all Apps.
Access Roblox App Settings & Clear Cache
Within the App settings, find Roblox. This will pull up a Settings Menu for Roblox. You should see options such as Notifications, Permissions, and Storage. Select the Storage option and find the button that says Clear Cache at the bottom of the page. Select that button and confirm the clearing of the cache.
Restart
After clearing the cache for Roblox storage, exit out of the Settings application. Now, restart your phone. Once the phone is done restarting, navigate back to the main Roblox app and log in to your account again. The issue should now be fixed. If it does not work still, try uninstalling and reinstalling the entire app.
