How to Find and Use Falcon Scout in Fortnite
In the newest update of Fortnite that was announced on January 18, a new drone-like bird known as Falcon Scout was shown and announced. By using this item, you can fly around the area and also mark enemies and loot for your teammates.
Like most items in the game, Falcon Scout drop is luck-based, which means there isn’t a specific location where you can go and get this item. You can find Falcon Scout in regular chests, supply drops, and in rare cases, ground loot as well.
You actually have a higher chance of getting Falcon Sout by searching gold and white and Oathbound Chests. The best location to look for Oathbound Chests is The Citadel near the medieval village area of Faulty Splits.
Once you’ve found the Falcon Scout, it is time to use it. Select it from your inventory and press the fire button to use it and launch it into the air. Then you can stay up in the air for a short amount of time, which you can use for many things.
The main reason for using this item is to scout, as the name of it suggests. Once got up in the air, this device will mark all opponents within a set radius. This way your friends can know where the danger lies and take action accordingly.
