There are many essential accessories and items in Martha is Dead that the player and aid can utilize in uncovering the mystery. One of the most unsuspecting items is Guilia’s diary, which gives the player an option to review the days in a condensed format for further clarity.

How to Find Guilia’s Diary

You can find Guilia’s diary the day after Martha dies, and the family hangs around her coffin in the family room. The morning you first wake up in Martha and Guilia’s shared bedroom, you can begin searching around and gathering clues and supplies. One of the items you’ll find is Guilia’s bag on the back of the door.

Once you open the bag, you’ll find a key inside. Take that key, go over to the corner of Guilia’s half of the room, and locate the trinket box that says Guilia on it. Interact with the box and unlock it to open the lid, and inside you’ll find the diary.

How to Read Guilia’s Diary

Throughout the game, you can access Guilia’s diary by reaching into Guilia’s bag. This is the same place where she keeps her lighter, camera, and other essentials. Whenever there is a red exclamation over the diary, there is a new page to be read. Reading diary pages can give you deeper insight and clues into playing the game and solving the mystery.
