Pendu-type Suppression and Pendu-type Suppression + are Rare, and Epic materials dropped from any of the Pendu-type Others in the game. You may have to kill them for a while until this material is found, depending on the rarity of the material that you need.

If playing as Yuito, you want to do two things at once. This isn’t an optimum farming location to only get Pendu drops, but also to get Bandeau Pendu Analysis—follow this link so you can do collect them both at once for the best present for Luka.
If playing as Kasane, the best place to go is the Kikuchiba District, on Phase 7. Start from the Sub-Level Underground Facility and work your way up through the three areas. On each level, you will encounter multiple Pendu enemies. Plus, these areas are more compact than Kunad Highway, so more enemies generally tend to spawn.
Pendu-type Suppression, when exchanged with Kunad Highway Environment B, can get you one of the best gifts to give Gemma.
