Psyduck and its evolution, Golduck, are two of the original 151 Pokemon that appeared in the Generation I games: Pokemon Red, Green, and Blue. Where to Catch Psyduck in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Like in most Pokemon games, in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet too, Psyduck is a pretty common type of Water Pokemon. As you could expect from a duck-like creature, Psyduck can be easily found in the River, Lake, and Swamp biomes during Morning, Noon, and Evening:

How to Evolve Psyduck into Golduck in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
A Psyduck can evolve into Golduck once it hits Level 33. Psyduck and Golduck are not version-exclusive Pokemon and are available to catch in Scarlet and Violet. If you don’t want to catch a Psyduck just to evolve it, you can try to catch a Golduck around the Lake and River biomes; in both locations, the Pokemon has a 20% chance to spawn.
